Cancellation and refund policy:
Standard rate booking: The customer may cancel or modify the booking free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Once there are less than 30 days remaining, the customer may cancel but there will be no refund of the amount previously charged.
Refund policy:
Depending on the rate policy, 20% will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining 80% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
